Program Structure & Schedule
Session 1 — Access Landscape & Strategic Implications (Live)
Date: April 23, 2026

A high-density executive briefing establishing a coherent strategic framework for evaluating China’s evolving multi-layer coverage and financing system, and the policy signals shaping commercialization decisions across innovative medicines.
Session 2 — Structured Reflection & Intelligence Integration
Reflection Period: April 24 – May 6, 2026
Question Submission Deadline: April 30, 2026
Participants review the Session 1 recording alongside curated Access360 policy intelligence pieces expanding on the most consequential developments shaping China’s access environment.
Each participant is required to submit at least one substantive question in advance of Session 3 to ensure depth, rigor, and relevance of discussion.
Session 3 — Case-Anchored Strategic Integration & Q&A (Live)
Date: May 7, 2026
Time: 9:00–10:00 AM US Eastern Time
An interactive live session anchored in a case vignette, guiding participants through a disciplined sequence of strategic decision questions that clarify trade-offs, identify key inflection points, and surface implementation risks and execution constraints embedded within evolving coverage dynamics.
A dedicated segment then addresses participant pre-submitted questions, providing additional strategic clarification across diverse decision contexts.
