Ruiyun Wanyan

Dr. Wanyan is Deputy Director and Research Fellow at the China Insurance and Social Security Research Center, Development Research Institute of Fudan University. He holds a PhD in Economics from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics and has been a visiting scholar at Washington State University, with postdoctoral training at Peking University under the Boya Program. His work bridges academic research, regulatory practice, and industry experience, including prior service at the former China Insurance Regulatory Commission and senior roles across the insurance sector. He focuses on finance and insurance policy and has published extensively in leading journals while leading numerous national and provincial-level research projects.
